Louis is THE KING of 3D printing. I met him, he's great. This was my first time having a Thing printed, and so I had many questions for him, going down different avenues. He was very patient with a newbie. Part of the Thing design had to be touched up in order to work. He was able to do the rework. And the printed results are great. I'm very satisfied.
A+, prepared within a single day and informed me that I was about to print the version 1 and version 2 instead of twice the version 2. Highly recommended!
