Great print quality, layers are almost invisible. Some damage (repairable) in transit, despite being well packaged. so likely the courier at fault

The supplier was a great communicator and service was good. The quality of the prints however were not as good as I hoped, however supplier printed again.

Took just over a week to complete the order so pretty speedy. The item allows me to grind coffee directly into the portafilter, which is great. It's slightly less sturdy than I was expecting but performs its function perfectly.

One of the items had a printing error. The seller was prompt with messages and sent me a reprinted version in a reasonable timeframe.
