PC quality very good - but default infill only 20% which was not clear before order placed. Increased to 100% at small additional cost. Ran out of PC filament after only 1 of 3 parts in the order finished. I accepted carbon filled nylon as substitute to avoid delay. Interesting material, finish quite rough but seems pretty tough. Communications initially good, but dropped off regarding shipping and was left to sort out tracking error by shipping provider myself (Inpost).

Chris L. did a fantastic job with my first printing experience. He was very helpful and communicative. As well as patient with my current lack of knowledge in the 3D printing process. I will definitely use Chris again in my future printing needs.
