This is my first time ever ordering a 3d print, I uploaded the design and the designer's advise regarding the material. I instantly got replied describing what changes they are about to apply. I agreed but I became a bit concerned about the weight. The communication from the support is very clear and very helpful as well as pretty much instantaneous. The print is very well done, awesome colours, no sharp edges and putting it on a scale surprisingly it's came out even lighter than the original design. I'm so satisfied I've ordered one more right away, and that also has arrived since then and it's the same very well done job! Thank You!

The best quality ever. There is a small defect in the first model, but overall the quality is exceptional. Speed is also good. I am satisfied with overall quality.
