Quality is good but communication was lacking a bit on the speed. I would typically wait around 3-5 days each time before sending a message asking if there were issues. It took a total of 21 days from the date of order till I received the parts. Conus only also so I'm not sure what happened but I am happy I got the parts finally and they are in good condition with minimal post processing needed.
Robert/R&R has quickly become my go-to for 3D printing; his work is always top notch, and he really goes above and beyond with communication and service in general. Just a great person to work with!
Very fluid process with quality results in a fast timeframe. Wonderful communication, not just friendly but with valued information. I highly recommend !
