Had many models to print, so was notified in advance that the prints would take longer. That was fine for me, and I expected it to be so. Prints were delivered, and the finish is really good! Very happy with the results!

Precino gave me excellent advice and remade a part free of charge which which had a compliant spring when it failed in the originally ordered material (polycarbonate) They didn't have to test the spring - they could just have shipped it to me as it was. Many thanks Precino, very pleased with the results!
