Good speed and good communication but the surface had bumps and some plastic hairs.

Layer Resolution: 50 micron - 500 micron Infill: 20% (default) Material & Color: PC Black I needed to print a replacement part for the Steam Controller right bumper. Apparently this is a common failure for the controller. I took a blind guess that the polycarbonate print would be strong enough, but it wasn't. The same part that failed before snapped off. Also, the tolerances were a bit off. I had to bore out 2 holes a little larger so that a metal shaft from the controller would fit. I also had to sand down a couple pegs on the reverse side so that the part would fit into the controller. It was during my handling the part with a filer that the part snapped. I don't really blame anyone for this, but it still sucks. I wonder if I wouldn't have had any of these problems if I had printed in a different material or tolerance. 0.5 mm seems a bit large now that I think about it. Oh well. I'll probably try to epoxy it together later.

Helpful guy, did his best to advise accordingly to optimise the item. Also repeatedly the cheapest company compared to the rest using the same machine. Will definitely use again.
