I admit, I handed them a confusing order, I asked for a few things to be changed, like the supports being left in. but even in spite of that, they shipped me top quality models ready for the tabletop.
My purchase was over the holiday period which delayed delivery by a few days, but Smith Tech was terrific in communicating the reason for the delay and providing updates.
Excellent communication from Christophe. Produced very quickly and received well packaged a few days later. This was a prototype for a project to check dimensions etc. Overall, I'm very pleased and I can recommend Zummy Lab. Thank you Christophe.
Tempo3D kept me updated every step of the way, produced a high quality product and only within a few hours. Granted, Auspost took a week but that's nothing to do with the supplier.
