I sent over a whole list of tiny parts, and the only issue with 1 (of many) parts was handled well and creatively. Thank you again for some great and affordable models.
i liked the product but it was poorly shipped and some pieces broke in transit. the bubble wrap was laid on top of the printed material . it was not wrapped around it to protect it.
Réponse: We do what we can. Carriers are the issue. even if I had wrapped the item the amount of force to break the product would have required someone to step on it or drop something on it. I can foretell how the carrier will handle it and products are custom so shipping with injected foam or other optimized cushion is not a possibility. If you're willing to pay shipping, I can reprint and ship the items damaged
