i liked the product but it was poorly shipped and some pieces broke in transit. the bubble wrap was laid on top of the printed material . it was not wrapped around it to protect it.

Réponse: We do what we can. Carriers are the issue. even if I had wrapped the item the amount of force to break the product would have required someone to step on it or drop something on it. I can foretell how the carrier will handle it and products are custom so shipping with injected foam or other optimized cushion is not a possibility. If you're willing to pay shipping, I can reprint and ship the items damaged

Excellent communication and very helpful throughout. This project had over 180 different shape files, and a single copy printed of each file - there were some missing and some duplicates in the first delivery, but the vendor worked very generously and helpfully with putting together and sending out a second print run to fill in the gaps.

Fantastic prints, fits like a glove on my Hero robot arm. I am impressed with the result, most excellent. + + +
