Communication: Since it was my first order here and the first 3D-print i made some mistakes. But he test printed and helped me find the best solution. I got informed about it throughout the process and he added letter to the package explaining his steps.
Quality: all printed parts look good and everything fits as it should.
Speed: admittedly didn´t know what to expect, but was positivly suprised. took about 4 - 5 days. All parts were packed very thoroughly and arrived unharmed.
Conclusion: Im very happy with my choice, thumbs up!
