The printer was processed my order very quickly. The case I had printed was cracked upon delivery, but that was likely a characteristic of the thin design of the case and did not hamper the usability of the unit.

Response: Where was the crack? I inspected it well when I wiped it down with alcohol before it shipped. Was there any package damage?
