The most fragile of the models in this order arrived mildly damaged, and all of the pieces had small portions of support material still attached. However, that fragile model almost certainly broke after shipping (and honestly probably never would have held together properly in the first place) and the "sprue" left on the models was still easier to clean away than on conventional injection-molded pieces. The quality of the print as a whole is superb and the seller even provided a discount since he quoted a lower price before Treatstock issued an actual amount, simply because he had agreed to do so in advance. In addition to all of that, an extra print of the fragile part was included, still in its support cage. Naturally, I immediately broke it when trying to remove it (because, again, it never would have held up anyway), but the seller foresaw the likelihood of this happening and attempted to compensate for it, completely for free. I would highly recommend working with Walter's World.
