Delivery was a little delayed - but that wasn't entirely the seller's fault, my inexperience with 3D printing meant I'd inadvertently designed a fragile part and the first few and broken! Once I reached out and asked about the status, communication was top notch; the design was modified and material choice upgraded at no extra cost. I'm really happy with the finish on the final piece, and the dimensions are spot on.

Excellent print quality. Parts are clean and fit together as intended. Products arrived six days earlier than the TreatStock estimate and 1 day earlier than the USPS estimate. One of these days was a holiday, which means it probably could have arrived a day sooner than that, so I am quite satisfied with that . The parts were completed quite quickly after submitting and order and answering a few clarifying questions.

Excellent print, as always. I'm not the tech mogul who would print complex parts that this company would expect but they rise to the occasion. I just print models for TTRPGs and these models are pretty detailed so the extra work and care is always appreciated. Even helped someone as inept as me pick a proper printing material, incredibly helpful!
