There was not a lot of communication between myself and this supplier, but their responses were timely and thorough. The product was clean and essentially ready for assembly right out of the box. Very happy with the quality given the unforgiving tolerances of the model. This was one of three shops I contacted for this job. I'd place this one in second place by default. Not through any fault of their own, just that one of the other shops was slightly quicker to communicate, and they were slightly quicker to ship than the third.

The greatest impact on my experience was the immediate communication from the supplier. I was able to send over the STL designer recommended settings and have production started within 24hrs of placing the order. Communication was frequent and timely throughout the process which had a very positive effect on my side. The products were amazingly fine and clean, with minimal cleanup required, essentially ready for assembly out of the box. Highly recommend this shop. 5 stars.

some pieces arrived already broken , some other with evident defects got shipped anyway

This was my first 3D printing project, and the results were great. We had a lot of communication ahead of time to get some advice on design. The pieces arrived very well packaged. An excellent experience for a first-timer.

Hat über eine Woche länger gedauert als angekündigt. Da wäre eine kurze Info nett gewesen. Ein Teil war auch etwas angedellt am Boden aber für meine Zwecke ausreichend. Das kann etwas mit Schleifpapier nacharbeiten muss finde ich normal. Soweit bin ich also ganz zufrieden und würde wieder hier kaufen.
