Wonder what process your order goes through after being placed?
1) Order is reviewed and if it meets our capabilities it is accepted and then added to the production que. If we have any concerns or questions we will contact you.

2) Your file is sliced and sent to the printer where printing begins.

3) Upon completion we will remove the print and check for any defects, voids, or issues with the print. On the rare occasion any exist, we will then address the issues for best quality. At this time support structures will also be removed.
PLEASE NOTE: Post processing of parts does not include sanding, but can be requested as an additional service.

4) Your part moves to completion que to be reviewed by yourself with pictures and then shipped.

5) Shipped and delivered!
