We carefully pack all printed parts using protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.
Small items are sealed in bubble wrap and placed in a reinforced cardboard box.
Large or fragile models receive additional padding for extra protection.
Orders are shipped from Croatia via Hrvatska Pošta or a preferred courier, depending on the destination and delivery speed.
Tracking number is provided for every shipment.
If you need special packaging or faster delivery, please let me know.
We operate a small but precise 3D printing workspace equipped with modern FDM printers, including Bambu Lab P1S, known for high speed and excellent print quality.
Each print is inspected, cleaned, and tested to ensure it meets the customer’s requirements.
We work with PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU and other materials, and can produce both functional and aesthetic parts.
Our goal is to deliver clean, accurate, and reliable prints with fast communication and quick turnaround.

We support a wide range of FDM printing materials:
PLA – general purpose, clean surface finish
PETG – stronger, heat-resistant, ideal for functional parts
ABS / ASA – durable and UV-resistant
TPU – flexible rubber-like material
PA / PA-CF – very strong engineering-grade materials (available on request)

If an issue occurs due to printing defects or damage during delivery, I will reprint or replace the part.
Please note that reprints are not provided if the issue is caused by:
An incorrect model provided by the customer
Wrong model scale or design errors
Changes requested after printing has already started
