The Mark Two yields high-precision, production-quality prints that are excellent for functional prototypes of most injection molded plastics or machined aluminum...Plus parts. The Onyx material is a composite made up of nylon and chopped carbon fiber. It is strong, flexible and leaves a beautifully smooth surface finish with no post-processing. Best yet, in our Mark II, parts can be reinforced with fiberglass, carbon fiber or Kevlar to make a variety of prototypes or low-volume products requiring the strength of aluminum without the cost.
