Under-Trim Water Supply Line Mount
Engineered for 1" PEX Main Lines – Smart, Efficient Plumbing for Modern Construction
The Under-Trim Water Supply Line Mount is a purpose-built solution for routing 1" PEX main water lines at the top of wall height, just below the ceiling. Ideal for new construction projects such as barndominiums, shouses, and slab-on-grade homes, this system eliminates the need to run water lines through concrete slabs or attics—both of which can pose long-term accessibility and freeze risks.
Designed with efficiency and accessibility in mind, it can also serve as a convenient drill guide for creating clean, accurate bores into adjacent rooms to supply branch circuits. Installation is quick and secure using #8 x 2" washer-head cabinet screws (such as GRK #96077), fastening directly to wall studs even after drywall installation.
Once installed, the mount can be easily concealed behind large-profile crown moulding of your choice, offering a clean, finished appearance without compromising access to your plumbing infrastructure.
