Print Lab 3D

The Flashforge Adventurer 5X (AD5X) is a high-speed FDM (Fused Deposition Modelling) 3D printer designed for accurate and reliable production of functional...Plus components and prototypes. It features a rigid CoreXY motion system and direct-drive extrusion, allowing consistent dimensional accuracy while maintaining high print speeds.

The AD5X offers a build volume of 220 × 220 × 220 mm, enabling the manufacture of medium-sized parts or multiple smaller components within a single production run.

The printer is equipped with a heated build plate with a flexible textured PEI surface to improve first-layer adhesion and reduce warping. Automatic bed levelling, vibration compensation, and filament run-out detection help maintain repeatable print quality across longer production jobs.

With an upgraded extruder capable of temperatures up to approximately 300 °C and compatibility with common engineering materials such as PLA, PLA+, PETG, and flexible filaments, the AD5X is well suited for rapid prototyping, low-volume manufacturing, and the production of functional mechanical parts.

This machine is used within Print Lab 3D to ensure dependable, consistent, and professionally manufactured FDM-printed components.
